Review on Lilac Logitech G203 Prodigy Wired Gaming Mouse with RGB, Lightweight Design, 6 Programmable Buttons, 8,000 DPI, On-Board Memory, for PC and Mac by Kai Wen ᠌

I can't say that I was completely satisfied with the product.

The "butt" of the device is somewhat reminiscent of the Zowie ZA series (I don't really like this raised narrowness in the center shifted back,). If it were like on sensei / wmo similar mice (in general, slightly flatten the mouse in height), there would be a top. In general, the mouse is very high for me. But in front, bends for the thumb and ring finger are very conveniently made. Wire is the main disadvantage of this mouse. Thick, with a hefty kink protection. If you do not fix it, it seriously interferes with the game. The liftoff height is quite low, there is no way to change it in the drivers. I lack a millimeter and a half (I'm used to the fact that when the mouse is detached, there is still a grip). 3360 (a variation of this sensor in the mouse) allows you to change the liftoff height, but for some reason this function is not implemented in the drivers. They say you can calibrate the surface with double legs, and then remove the additional ones. Well, what kind of nonsense? Why isn't this just a simple multi-position slider like other normal mice!? It is not yet known whether the calibration is stored in memory (work without logitech software). Of the "svetoperdelok", the backlight is worse than on the DA elite, not so juicy, although uniform.

Pros
  • Top tracking accuracy. The speed of clicks provided by the design. Just heaven and earth compared to the indistinct softness of the deathadder elite. Materials. Saves profiles to the mouse (a stone in the DA elite garden).
Cons
  • Wire (major drawback) There is no way to change the height of the separation (this is the second SIGNIFICANT drawback) The wheel is tactilely indistinct. Even after disassembling and bending the encoder elements. Clicking the wheel on a different switch (not really a minus, but this difference annoys me compared to other buttons) : The rubber bands on my copy were greasy (you can’t even wipe it off with alcohol) and polished. I don't like this material on the sidewalls. After using a light mouse (a relatively new trend in esports), the g403 feels heavy and less manageable.
