I was well served. When I complained about the $19.98 shipping charge I was charged and didn't know about it, it was immediately removed from my account. I like the camera so far but I'm still learning how to use it. I was disappointed that no memory card was included. I had to go out and look for him before I could take any photos. I find things like the lack of a memory card or something else that isn't included are definitely worth pointing out, especially when buying a camera. You want to take it and start shooting right away. Unfortunately I missed some good photos at my birthday dinner because I didn't have a camera with me. Otherwise I'll probably have a lot of fun with it on other occasions. I would buy from this company again but would like to know what is not standard with anything I have ever bought. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for that. bea
