The first month went well. The second month should get better. I will add after 2nd month of usage.
Great product. My metabolism has slowed down as I get older. I'm losing about 4 pounds a month which I'm very happy about. At least I don't choose. I've been using this for almost a month now and it has increased my losses. That past doctor visit is down to 8 pounds. Very happy about that! I haven't noticed an increase in energy, but my meds make me very tired, so it would probably be better for someone else. I'm hoping to get off some of the meds and maybe that will give me more energy. Just take a look. Now I have a second bottle so hopefully I have more news to update my review. More energy and higher metabolism.
