It took a few tries and a few adjustments while walking, but we were actually able to get through the snow for over half a block. Success! A few of them slipped and she tripped here or there when they came off and she stepped on the edge of the boot, but overall they worked damn well for our needs. Also, she looks really cute (I promise she's happier than in this photo). Their quality is really good - a serious protector on the sole, soft fleece inside, high-quality fasteners and an elastic band tightening the top of the boot did not interfere in deep snow. We understand that there are no perfect boots - dog paws just aren't made for them. But overall they were pretty damn good and worked for our needs.
