Not fully functional - very disappointed

I have swapped iPad and iPhone screens in the past and have never had this problem: the center section of the digitizer does not work. After all the trouble, removing a broken screen and then replacing it with one that only partially works is a very bad and frustrating experience. Everything works at the edges, but there is no digitizer in the middle. Don't buy this if you don't want to waste your time.
