Easy to use for clients who have limited technical knowledge. Also easy to understand for those with advanced skills. There is nothing that we dislike about this product at this time. We would like for it to be more user friendly when sending out reports in larger volumes. Great tool for our small business! It helps us keep track of all of our customers' information. This allows us to provide better service since everything can be found quickly if needed. Their team is very professional and customer centric. They always have answers to any question you might have. Nothing really at this time but if they need more work for their clients it's totally fine with me. But other than that, everything was great! Keep up the good work!! If you're looking for someone who will listen to your needs/concerns without judgement then definitely look into these guys.
