I decided to buy one of these to replace my current bulky dental floss that fits in an outlet. Although this new floss is almost as good as the old one, it does have one downside: not enough speed. At the lowest speed, some might feel that the pressure is too high compared to the lowest setting of a typical stationary floss. You also have to get used to the fact that water flows out of your mouth onto the device during operation. Luckily, this floss is waterproof, so I was able to easily rinse it under the tap to clean it after use. The tank is large enough for most cleanings and has a convenient door for easy filling. It also unscrews easily, which I do to let it dry after each use so the remaining water doesn't stagnate. Noise level is never an issue, no more so than running water.
