Normal. It worked beautifully, I don't think the ink was the problem but it was actually my new printer. I removed all internal parts of the printer and tried to get the advert out by reinstalling a new fuser. All pages always turned black. I tried to clean the roller by going through half a dozen pages. Thought the printer was fried. Until I read on the internet that some new printers have built-in Wi-Fi or chips that only read branded cartridges. Tried this and it worked. No questions. I gave this product a pretty high rating because it worked fantastic when installed on older printers. Apparently newer printers have such dirty tricks up their sleeves.
