If I were Revain I would offer a solution to return junk like those crappy vacuums even after the return date and after the seller has paid a deposit and/or just opened a new account to scam another bunch of clueless losers like me. . Based on the percentage of bad reviews where the complaints are exactly the same, and over 25% of all reviews by total quantity, this makes Revain look really bad because it doesn't control the sellers better on their site. You should be ashamed. Cheap chinese junk, and when the 'manufacturer' abandons this one, there will only be 7,000 other brands selling the exact same vacuum cleaner or with a few cosmetic changes. Revain has to refund 25% plus to buyers who have been doused and/or help them contact the seller who is obviously hiding but you can't tell me Revain doesn't have their info because that's just not possible.
