I was I was getting too hot in my tent to the point of accelerating and anxiety attack- and while this is not the most powerful fan and I suggest it being on full force it really helps me not completely lose my cool so to speak once I was really close to it and it was on high. However the quote on quote light GK its purpose other than I guess to find it while it's running because the lights are just really tiny not actual lights as advertised the flashing of the red light I don't think would do anything ever to help you. But the fan is nice.
