Not worth the investment for home chefs

I was disappointed in this knife .It didn't live UP to the hype and felt cheaply made. While it did carve my roast well, it struggled with tougher meats. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can confidently say there are better and more affordable options available..

It was sharp enough to carve my roast.
