These bags are for 20-30 gallons. I've used enough 30 gallon bags in my day to know one and that's 20 gallons at most. I can still use them, tying a knot on one side to hold them in place so they don't fall on the floor if they contain dirt. Now for the good points. They're heavy enough to hold most junk without tearing, and the price is good considering you get 200 bags.
