I like that you can search by any criteria you need. It's easy to navigate through different trucks/companies in order to find what you're looking for. You have to pay extra if it's an out-of-state truck or shipping from outside of Iowa. The customer support has been great! Keeps me updated when there are delays in my shipment. Sometimes they don't get back to you right away so please be patient. Shipping timeframes are usually accurate but sometimes things just take longer than expected. We've had shipments delayed due to weather conditions which was not anticipated at the beginning of the process.
