Good machine, could be better.

This is a nifty device for adding power outlets to your desk or closet. We used it in the built-in closet as a charging station for laptops. As others have noted, the device doesn't sit very well in the hole, but a bit of tape helps. The problem I have is that the cord is stiff enough that when you insert it into the closet, the cord deflects the loop a bit so that the next time you pull it out it gets stuck at the bottom of the closet. device as it no longer falls into the hole. I think a piece of PVC pipe might help mitigate this, but it looks like it needs some thought in the design. Also, it's best if the tape (or the little metal handles, that come with it) which I have tried and found useless) to keep the device in the hole. I mean something clamped under a hole, or by cutting a tube to mate with a flange on the bottom, using a tube fitting in the hole and placing the device as you insert it. In all cases, however, it functions as an electricity supplier and hides to the side when not in use. It can be a pain to get it back.
