use rivets. for spare wheel holder
later If you don't want to mess with the clip on the back that holds it you can rivet it instead. I used 3/16" x 1/2" aluminum rails to keep them from rusting. They fit well and the lid hides them when closed. I didn't bother with the lock because nobody's going to steal a black steel disc with a half-worn old spare tire.
