Review on BetterUp by John Jones

It's easy for my team members, it helps me track everything in one place which makes our process more efficient! I love that you can add notes directly from emails or Slack messages into tasks/projects so they're always right there with us when we need them most!! Sometimes some of your features are outdated (for example - how do people comment now?) but overall this has been very helpful since we've started using it several years ago. We use it as an internal project management tool too- not just task tracking!
