This is a great product that has saved a lot of cleaning time. I would do almost anything - and I mean almost anything - not to clean the slow cooker. However, I'm not sure if we'll be reordering them once we've used them up. And here's why: the food seems bland. (I guess that shouldn't have surprised me, but it was.) Meat and vegetables don't come in direct contact with the heating surface, so they don't burn as nicely, adding flavor to the dish. The food comes out almost as if you just put it together and reheated it in the microwave, rather than a blend of slow-cooked flavors. It's not a huge difference, mind you, but noticeable enough that we probably won't be buying them again.
