My daily job requires me to stare at a computer all day, and I often get headaches and migraines. My girlfriend told me about these glasses and how they help block blue light from the monitor and she says she has less headaches so I wanted to try them. The principle of these glasses is that they offer protection against blue and ultraviolet light, reducing eye strain, headaches and blurred vision. It also reduces glare caused by the computer monitor. Less eye strain in turn leads to more restful sleep, so I'm hoping this will help me fall asleep faster and sleep better. I haven't noticed much of a difference in this department, but I do find I don't squint or strain my eyes as much when I wear them to work. I also like that they are stylish and look like regular everyday glasses. I love the turquoise color and design. They fit my face perfectly, I have a round full face and I don't feel like they pinch my face so they are stylish and comfortable which is very important.
