Ordered for a disabled husband. Worked 6 weeks and stopped working. I've called the JLA several times and asked to wait for a replacement. So far no replacement. I called yesterday only to be told there is nothing the JLA can do and I need to contact Revain to get it back. Revain's instructions are to contact the JLA. How can I return? So it's not fair for the consumer to go through this maze. I've always thought Beautyrest was a good brand. It was rated 4.5 stars. I don't understand how that can be. I also had two of their electric blankets which I bought from a local store before the virus. Had to return because they stopped working. It's so frustrating!
