Absolute rubbish and non-existent support
After updating the device, the display only shows dots instead of words, making the device unusable. Autel support via chat or phone is not available and nobody answers you. You cannot access the customer forums if you do not register the device, but you will need a serial number to register the device. Guess how to get the serial number. That's right by accessing the device's screen! If the screen doesn't work, I can't get a number! This company is run by thieves. Don't waste your time and money with this junk!
