Lacks instructions and is incompatible with some devices.
Although the product appears to be of excellent quality, I personally have not been able to get it to work with the Samsung Galaxy 8+. He didn't even recognize the phone when I plugged it in. There were no instructions or tech support to call. However, when I packed everything up and hit return, he asked what they could do to fix the problem. How about being willing to speak to tech support? I went through this after being frustrated with this for a week, looking for info on google, watching youtube videos etc.
