it really is non-stick

I can flip eggs or sauté without anything sticking. And it works with less oil. So far it hasn't suffered any scratches but I always use wood or plastic utensils. It's also a heavy duty pan. The handle feels sturdy and there aren't any rivets holding the handle in place so it's easier to clean.
