I ordered this remote control in November 2020 to replace an old TV remote control that I have not used in over a year, I finally got this TV today 9/2/2021 hung up in my shop after buying my outdoor antenna came from Revain today. Since I'm using an outdoor antenna and my TV isn't a smart TV, I was ready to switch to an analog channel, but to do that I needed to be able to bring up the TV's main menu, which the remote mentions I press the MENU button, nothing happens, all other buttons seem to work, but without a working menu button I can't get into the analog menu to scan for channels. The remote says it will work on the Vizio M420NV and part of it works but without all the features working. The remote control and the newly purchased Five Star FSA-3806 Outdoor Digital Amplified HDTV antenna are useless.
