We installed a large screen TV in the kitchen and needed 6 meters of HDMI cable to connect to the distribution point. I reviewed both commercial and "home" tracks and settled on this brand of Revain. The HDMI cable is almost 1cm in diameter and I was concerned that it might be tight, but I was lucky. The seal runs in two planes: vertically up the wall from the TV to the edge of the ceiling to the left of that wall. to the corner and left on the adjoining wall to the junction. It took me about 10 minutes to install the first two strips while "feeling" the product and the remaining 8 took less than 5 minutes per strip. I had to cut 3 strips lengthwise. I have found my carbide tipped chop saw to be perfect for getting a clean and precise edge. The only problem I had was the inside corner: the cable was too stiff to use a 90 degree right angle connector, so I just cut the strips at a 45 degree angle. Degrees, as if it were a wooden baguette. The job is done. The product is well designed and relatively well made. I had no problems with tape, I found pointed tweezers perfect for grabbing the corner of the red plastic. I didn't run out of tape like some other reviews have reported. The only criticism is the length of the strips. I'd rather have 4 strips twice as long (rather than 8 as they are) which is almost twice the work. This would of course double the size of the package, so I understand why. Therefore only 4 stars for the easy installation.
