The binoculars were purchased 8 months ago in St. Petersburg while on vacation. At first I was confused by the price, but the thing turned out to be useful and convenient. Quickly look at something (however, if it is without a case and covers in your pocket), read the inscription, evaluate whether it is worth approaching some object. As a light hiking option, it is also handy for concerts. The build quality is excellent - the adjustments are smooth, there is no backlash, no creaks. I can only compare with the Soviet BPC 7x50. Pentax has a slightly better image quality, while in terms of ease of use it is two orders of magnitude ahead of the BPC (weight and dimensions). The image is quite contrasting and sharp, but nothing more, this should be taken into account when buying. Although, given its weight and size, it is quite good. Of the design flaws - a so-so cover in the kit (leatherette, there is no way to hang it on a belt or on the neck, there is no compartment for covers), not very convenient covers (there are one for each eyecup, it is inconvenient to take off and put on every time, easy to lose) , one-sided fastening of the strap on the binoculars (a neck strap would be more convenient). And the last minus is the price. It would cost 2500-3000, there would be no questions.
