Reminds me of transparent pencil cases I bought for kids at school in the 90's. These were useful and durable, while the larger ones had some depth. Sold pencil cases now look more like freezer bags than 20 year old pencil cases. Smead bags are almost as good as the pencil cases of yesteryear. The fact that they are taped allows them to be used in more places and to store a wider variety of things. (It's been a long time since anyone had to carry a protractor around here.) But some of the pouches had a sloppily applied adhesive strip; The glue on at least two of these bags isn't sticking as well (and the bags don't look as good) as they should. on all the electronic gizmos we carry with us now. However, I hope I can find something similar but a little thicker and better.
