This vest makes a huge difference to my pup as he definitely recovers faster outside when we come home from a walk or play in the park in the heat. She has double thick black fur, so the light color also prevents the sun's rays from hitting her black fur. The quality is worth the price. The vest itself stretches a little making it easy to put on and take off. She doesn't mind wearing it at all. I wet it and then put it in a zippered fridge to keep it cold for the 100+ Texas heat.
