Instructions are worthless
No use trying to follow the instructions (you know you are in trouble when the instructions are entitled "Assemblely" Instruction). You must install the two arms prior to installing the back (the back sits on top of the rear ends of the arms). The wiring diagram is totally useless. Luckily, the plugs can only fit together one way, so you cannot wire it incorrectly. With this being said, it appears to be a very nice chair. Everything works, it has a nice clean look to it, and it is very comfortable.
