Just what I was looking for!

I use this mostly for leg exercises, so I don't think I can comment a lot on its versatility, but it is stretchy and I use it for a variety of lunges, squats, etc. I don't think I would recommend it for beginners -- I only realized after ordering that the colors reflect the resistance of the band. But if you have experience with resistance bands, do get this one! The material is sturdy, and it comes with a little drawstring pouch for storage which I liked a lot.
