I bought this in March 2020 and connected it to my PC's HDMI port. It worked fine but when I had to move my computer in August 2020 I unplugged it and this adapter fell apart. The gold shell on the pins stayed in the port, and the pins came out with the string. There is supposed to be a two year warranty but when I click on the warranty info link it takes me to a page that says I may be able to find help online. woohoo!
