The system is very intuitive, which allows me to get up-and running quickly with minimal training or support needed from my team members! It's also great that we can set it all in one place rather than having multiple systems for different parts of our business (such as email). I wish there was an easier way/less steps involved when creating new forms / workflows but overall this has been pretty easy so far - no issues at least not yet :) Really like how simple they have made their setup process too; nothing overly complicated about getting started either. Nothing really right now since everything seems fairly straightforward though would be nice if more customizations were available beyond what you see by default out off box features such as adding additional fields etc.. There are many options within each screen where customization could easily occur without much effort required once familiarized yourself wtih some basic editing tools provided through interface itself.
