We had a watch that we liked and that worked perfectly. So I saw this product and hoped it would save hours. It was easy to install. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I set the second, hour, and minute hands to 12:00 as instructed. I then reset the clock to 11:20 am current time. The clock showed the exact time until it reached 12:00. The second hand continued to move, but the hour and minute hands remained at 12:00 even though the current time was 12:25. I changed the time to 12:25. Since then he has kept perfect time. More than 3 days have passed. I don't know if I did something wrong or if it's just a quirk. I would buy this product again if I needed a different watch repaired.
