I was hoping to give a 5 star rating but after months of trying I gave up. Yes, I know how to use them. This is the type of ice tray the family has used, so I know not to overfill it, wait 10-15 minutes after taking it out of the freezer before trying to remove the ice, and sometimes even walk under water. I also had bent handles and separators came loose or bent. I worked to get everything back in place, but was frustrated again because after getting everything right, the grip kept flexing even with very little ice resistance. I think the trays might be useful as a casserole dish in a toaster oven, but to me these ice cube trays were a waste of money.
