Bought this tripod for group photos but mainly for blogging. I wanted my photos to be sharper and of better quality because I knew that simply holding them with my hand would blur them. I was very excited to try this and love it so much! (See attached photos for clarification) I was able to connect the remote via Bluetooth without much difficulty. It's also amazing how high the extension rises and yet folds neatly to the width of a 16-ounce water bottle. I took it on a trip and took up almost no space in my luggage. It's difficult to get flat shots because I can't position my phone at a 90 degree angle, but I'll try to put it higher on a table. One downside is that the zoom in and out feature doesn't work on the remote control. Otherwise highly recommended!
