Not Very Strong Legs: Office and School Supplies

I originally bought this for my laptop to use in bed but my large legs won't fit under it, but since I usually rely on "apple puree" Sit down, Chris-Cross”, it all ends well. But my 1.5 year old loves to move things around a lot. So when he paints, draws or writes on it (on the floor) he wants to "pull" it 6 inches because that makes him feel better, his legs buckle. He'll look at me like a deer in headlights because he doesn't have to move it, just pull it so that his legs buckle every time. It makes a LOUD click when the legs snap into place, so you might think it won't fold, but it still clicks. Also, the table seems to sink when he draws on it. Not much, but he's just not strong enough to hold a heavy hand. But it still works for me as an adult and as he gets older it will work for him too. l
