Review on OXO Good Grips Etched Zester Grater by Michele Rojas

This is by far the best and easiest to use zester I have ever had. There is plenty of surface area for the skin (but not so much that it's too big for the fruit). With very light pressure you get long, tiny strips of pitted peel, and the rind falls easily onto the plate or board below. No need to mess up the inside of the grater or lose half the peel on the grater. VERY easy to clean and with a lid that helps it stay sharp so it won't bend in the drawer and scratch your hands every time you take something out of that drawer. Completely satisfied. I'm even considering buying another one in case Oxo stops making them!
