OXO Good Grips Etched Zester Grater Review

I bought these because the traditional multifunctional grater I had was giving me a headache. This works well and is very fast. but I was disappointed by the fact that the highlight was quite large. Applied in stripes, not dust. I used my zest for the lime tart and it didn't give the nice green color that we wanted. This is by far the best and easiest to use zester I have ever had. There is plenty of surface area for the skin (but not so much that it's too big for the fruit). With very light pressure you get long, tiny strips of pitted peel, and the rind falls easily onto the plate or board below. No need to mess up the inside of the grater or lose half the peel on the grater. I've been using the grater on a crappy Ikea grater for years and it was just terrible at giving any zest.
