Review on OXO Good Grips Etched Zester Grater by Yaisa Luster

I've been using the grater on a crappy Ikea grater for years and it was just terrible at giving any zest. Yes, some peel came off the citrus, but it took a lot of effort and most of it stayed on the grater and never made it into my food. I'm so glad I finally replaced it with this one - it's so much easier to use, it creates lots of flavor, and the flavor actually falls through the grater onto my food! The handle is very comfortable, its size is ideal for work. I have also used it for hard cheeses and I am delighted with the result. The cistern is not easy to wash by hand, so I like that it can be washed in the dishwasher. Although more expensive than the cheapest zesters, you get what you pay for. It was worth it and I wish I had bought it many years ago!
