NOT A FINE ZESTER Best in Kitchen Utensils & Gadgets

I bought these because the traditional multifunctional grater I had was giving me a headache. This works well and is very fast. but I was disappointed by the fact that the highlight was quite large. Applied in stripes, not dust. I used my zest for the lime tart and it didn't give the nice green color that we wanted. It was greenish with a faint greenish cast, and in some cases there was a full strip of lime zest, which he removed.
