Review on 🪞 The Shave Well Company Deluxe Anti-Fog Shower Mirror: 33% Larger, Fogless, with Removable Adhesive Hook by William Lin

This was delivered to me on April 30th 2019. It is now 08/26/2019. As you can see from my first photo, this was not set for a constant flow of water. It's on the opposite wall from our shower head. I followed the instructions exactly and ran it under warm water to set the temperature. This part worked fine. But almost from the start the substrate began to flake off. About 2 months ago I noticed what I thought was a "stain" on the front, but now the front is peeling off enough that I can see through front to back. Soon it's just a "window" in my shower wall. For a product advertised as "forever" it is just 4 months. Now it's not worth returning and I won't buy a replacement, nor will I accept it from the manufacturer. It's not worth the price even though the price was low. I'll look for something else that will hold up better. I do not recommend this product. Edit - I received a message from the company. They send me a new product, a mirror with a special coating for our conditions, the use of a water softener and well water. If this product is an improvement I will update my product review. So far the customer service has been great! Edit #2 - I received a replacement mirror a few weeks ago. There is some kind of coating on the back of the mirror. Unfortunately this does not help. I have already noticed wear and tear on the subsurface, similar to the first mirror. As a final assessment, I cannot recommend this mirror either as an original or as a replacement. He just can't stand normal conditions.
