He was freezing at 14 degrees. Amazon will not refund or replace
Frozen 14 degree weather hose. I made sure the hose got power but it was still freezing. Before freezing, the hose looked visually kinked all the time, I straightened it several times, but got back to the kink. Water will flow through before freezing in 14 degree weather.
