I got a 31x28 black pair. length is good. But its real tight in the thighs, but looser around calf and ankles. Its a weird tape, the leg opening measured 13", but its skin tight in the thighs. I like the quality, so I will return and try to get pair of 32x28 when it comes back in stock.
