Oh my god. Don't use it as a ruler. The notch for the bubbling bubble kills them on one side. But also buy. It can be used as a straight edge if you want to use it as a straight edge. But if you don't want to use it as one; I think you don't need that. Because that's not really its purpose. To be honest that's why I bought it. I needed something to align the edges when making an important layout. But half the time it pisses me off. I could turn it the other side; but I shouldn't have done it. Thank you Sears and Artisan. Now you sell them, they are all red. They used to be different colors. Sears used to be in business. Now they're gone.
