This faucet is advertised and sold by a company that specializes in reverse osmosis (RO) systems, but it's basically just a diverter that mounts on a faucet and is used for Any purpose can be used if your hose fits the valves. I have my Aquasana filtration system attached under the sink to the diverter valves, the tap water inlet tube to the filter and the filtered water outlet tube to the diverter. The filtered water comes from the side pipe, which releases waste water when connected to a reverse osmosis system. There is no aerator on the nozzle, but the water doesn't splash everywhere, it comes out normally. A tip: When installing the diverter, do not use the included Teflon tape, otherwise there will be a small water leak at the top. With no tape there are no leaks and everything works great.
