The bottom easily separates from the metal case under side stress

Bought opener, 2 hasn't worked yet, the top broke off when I held the black socket down to tighten the screw from above. Any slight lateral stress on the plastic or harness and base will detach from the torso. I use hot melt glue on the back of the panel to provide extra support.
