Warm cap stays warm for about 10 minutes after being in 1000W microwave oven for 1 minute 15 seconds. Unfortunately, flaxseeds are not distributed across the cap. They sit on the sides around the edge with very little on top. Fit - I have long fine hair below my shoulders and it fits tight so what works for me may not work for others. Costs – competitive and comparable to others. Will buy again - maybe not because of the cap. not warm enough and spreads unevenly
