I ordered this because I needed a basic razor for hair in certain areas where you can't use a razor blade. I received the package in a box and it had a pretty nice aesthetic. The razor was ready to use the moment I opened it and glided effortlessly through my hair. Sometimes it snags on a small hair, but everywhere except the groin it shaves cleanly, like a regular razor blade. They also offer two more shaving levels with a plastic clip. I haven't used them, so I can't confirm them. I really love this little thing for what it does.
