I like that we can easily create new forms or edit existing ones without having technical support from PicoTo. It's easy enough so anyone who has basic computer skills could use it. Sometimes when you are trying to do something more complicated than just adding an image into a form - there isn't much help available via email. You have to wait until someone gets back to your question which may be several days later sometimes! Also if you want to add multiple images (like logos) at once they will all get added one after another instead of being able to drag them onto the page simultaneously as would happen using other software programs such as Adobe Photoshop. We're solving problems related to creating documentation for our clients by allowing them to upload their own documents rather then us doing this manually.
