I like that we can easily create new forms or edit existing ones without having technical support from PicoTo. It's easy enough so anyone who has basic computer skills could use it. I like that it's easy enough for an admin or supervisor type user (myself) while still being able to use this effectively as one who executes daily operations/tasks myself. It would be nice if there was more flexibility between different types when creating new items rather than having them all set up at once before you can create anything else - but otherwise really good product! It's very easy to use and it allows to have everything that you need right at your fingertips. It also provides options to create multiple versions of documents to be able to keep up with any changes in the document or workflow process. You can even send links to files to other users through email if they don't have the software installed on their computer. I would recommend this software because it offers many different features such as creating templates, creating images, sending emails, etc.

Quickly created templates that were able to be reused or deleted when no longer needed! User interface could use some improvement like moving items around more easily (maybe an option). We used it mostly as reference material so not much feedback there but we have now started using our own library which works better than picotool at this time because you can't search through things saved from past jobs very well without going back into template manager first - makes workflow slower/less…

Easy to use and understand interface. Great support from the company. The best feature is the ability to use it in multiple locations. I have not experienced any problems with the product. Sometimes it is difficult to get in touch with the company. Great product. The easy interface is one of the best features.
