Very good software for collecting service tickets

Easy to use and understand interface. Great support from the company. The best feature is the ability to use it in multiple locations. I have not experienced any problems with the product. Sometimes it is difficult to get in touch with the company. Great product. The easy interface is one of the best features. It is possible to use on multiple locations and the customer support is excellent. I would advice others to use. The ease of use to collect data and share it with other teams. I like that it's very easy to use and has all the features you need. It also allows me to add my own fields which means we don't have to keep changing things each time there are new changes made by our clients. Sometimes when adding custom fields or making edits it can be slow but this happens less often than other programs I've used. We're solving problems related to how quick we can get accurate information out to our field technicians so they know what needs to be done next.
